It is recommended that the areas where the products will be applied be unpainted and dry. Application is performed through sealing with a cement-based material. Since the extra parts (wood, metal, plexiglass, etc.) that can be added on the products can be changed when desired, they can be applied with a temporary adhesive according to the preference of the user.

We recommend ceramic or flexy concrete tile adhesives for installation. For more satiny surfaces, you can use silicone adhesives.

We can produce Tonk products in any color in the RAL catalogue. We use two different techniques for that: pigment coloring and surface painting.

For each Tonk model, a critical stock of 120 sqm is kept. For the orders above these quantities, different delivery time is determined. Sizes of the Tonk models are standard. However, when substantially high quantities are in question, molding in different sizes and forms can be made based on the project. 

Tonk products are manufactured in the factory of Fibrobeton in its unique quality. Fibrobeton is the biggest GFRC (glass fibre reinforced concrete) producer in the world under one roof. There are special research and development area and an internal line dedicated to Tonk within the factory. Production is performed through the molding and casting method with a composite concrete material developed especially for Tonk products. 

Although the weight changes according to the model, the average weight is 30kg/sqm on the wall.
